Walk & Train Program
A one-on-one walking service for complicated canines
Walk & Train is tailored to those dogs who wouldn’t enjoy an off-leash park full of strangers. Every walk is exclusively one-on-one, so your dog gets the undivided attention of a fully qualified professional dog trainer — not a group, not a crowd.
Three service tiers to choose from, and each starts with a free 30-minute meet and greet so everyone can say hello and get set up for success.

Three ways to get your dog walked and trained
Tier 1 · Basic Walker
$70 / hour
A one-on-one walk with an experienced handler — in fact, a fully qualified professional dog trainer. The focus is physical exercise and mental enrichment.
Great for polishing existing manners, though not for building brand-new skills.
Tier 2 · Walk & Train
$90 / hour · most popular
A training-focused walk that builds basic manners — name, look, sit, down, loose-leash walking, leave it, manners with toys and more.
Also suits some behavioural needs (anxiety, reactivity, aggression) where you’re already on a behaviour-modification plan with Jess.
Tier 3 · Professional
$140 / hour
A one-on-one walk with a highly experienced professional dog trainer, working on specific manners — from the most basic skills up to advanced.
Caters to behavioural needs where you’re undergoing a formal behaviour-modification plan with Jess.

Questions
Walk & Train — frequently asked questions
Does the Walk & Train Program do all the training for me?
One honest note: the Walk & Train Program supercharges your training progress, but it doesn’t do everything for you. Even while enrolled, expect to commit a little time to your dog’s training every day.
Is Walk & Train suitable for my dog?
Yes — it’s designed for dogs who wouldn’t enjoy an off-leash park full of strangers, including anxious, reactive or special-needs dogs. Every walk is exclusively one-on-one with a fully qualified professional dog trainer.
Where do the walks happen?
Walk & Train runs on the Northern Beaches, one-on-one and tailored to your dog. If your dog is already on a behaviour-modification plan with Jess, the sessions are designed to support that work.
Do I need a meet and greet before booking?
Every program starts with a free 30-minute meet and greet, so everyone can say hello and get set up for success before your walks begin.
