Our Team

Jess & Odin Sandstrom

After leaving a job in Security Services, Jess began her career with animals in 2012 when she took up a role as a Kennel Hand at Monika’s Doggie Rescue. After attaining her first formal qualification in dog training in 2014 and being taken under the wing of another Professional Trainer Bobby McLachlan she hasn’t looked back.

Jess specialises in dog – dog reactivity and is extremely passionate about helping clients understand their anxious or fearful dog.

Nathan & Albie Arneaud

Nathan started his career in the animal industry at Monika’s Doggie Rescue in 2015. Nathan is currently trusted to be the on site dog trainer up at the Rescue in Ingleside. He is highly experienced and has proven his skill training out a wide range of unwanted behaviours from many different shelter dogs in a high arousal environment.

Nathan specialises in the transition process of helping a dog who has been living in a kennel environment to adapt to a home.
