Any recommended products such as food or training treats or really anything outside of dog training are just our personal opinion. Geeky Paws was founded in 2015, it started with our own dogs at home, two Boxer boys and a Dalmatian girl. It was disheartening to see the lack of collar selection out in the market, especially for larger breeds.
Geeky paws wanted something unique and individual for dogs. A huge focus was to make everything soft, while still being durable and strong.

Healthy Hound Treats – Locally made!
It was while studying canine massage and bodywork that Virginia became more aware of canine nutrition and the importance of not only species appropriate and preservative free meals for dogs but, also for their dog treats.
Virginia started making her own dehydrated treats for her Westie Hamish as she wanted him to have dog treats made with fresh Australian human grade ingredients that were low in fat and which had no added preservatives, chemicals or colourings.

Canine Kindergarten – All pricing for grooming is dependant on breed, size, condition of coat/skin and requested styling. Services for dogs include nail trims, hydrobathing & blow drying, specialty breed clips and hand scissoring.
Hand scissoring and specialty breed clips are more expensive because of the time and expertise required to achieve the right look. We are very happy to chat with you and provide you with a quote prior to commencing.

Sydney Animal Behaviour Service -Founded by Dr Kersti Seksel, Registered Veterinary Behaviour Specialist in 1992. Dr Kersti Seksel is the only Registered Veterinary Behaviour Specialist in NSW. Dr Grace Thurtell has been a resident, training with Dr Seksel since 2018. Dr Thurtell has seen over 400 patients in that time and has enjoyed helping pets and their families live happier lives.
Dr Thurtell took over running SABS from Dr Seksel in April 2022, but Dr Seksel is continuing as a consultant for SABS. Dr Thurtell and Dr Seksel look forward to continuing to provide high quality specialty level service to clients and patients of NSW.
