Start DateThe date the Client Form is signed by the Client. This is the date from which the terms of this agreement should start to apply. Unless some of the services have already been provided upon signing, in which case insert the date on which the services were first provided.
Project PeriodThe duration of the booked sessions, such as 6 weeks for a package of private training sessions
ServicesThe Service Provider will provide the following dog training services to the Client after the Start Date: e.g., (a) Private dog training sessions conducted in the Client’s home, with or without the Client in attendance, including granting access to the premises and the dog; (b) Group classes conducted at hired facilities, where the Client must ensure the dog’s safe transport and compliance with venue rules; and (c) Customised training plans, session notes, and recommendations as deliverables. Services may include filming of sessions for private review (uploaded to unlisted YouTube links) unless the Client opts for written notes only. All services will comply with the Companion Animals Act 1998 (NSW) and are educational in nature only, not substituting for veterinary advice.

Due Date(s): Payment is due upfront upon booking via the third-party online system.
Fee Payment MethodCredit card payment via the third-party online booking system (processed through Stripe or equivalent).
Special ConditionsAny additional terms that have been agreed for this specific booking that have been listed and agreed to in writing by the Service Provider, such as specific session dates, dog details from the Client Form (including any disclosed behavioural issues, health conditions, or aggression history), or child involvement consents. The Client warrants that all information provided in the Intake Form is accurate and complete.
